Prices read from the official Tokyo Disney Resort ticket calendar on 8 October 2026 (as of 10:20 a.m. Japan time; first read on 2 October), including junior and child prices from the date details. The new range and the 10 October start are from the Nikkei and GAME Watch reports on Oriental Land's announcement. Rate: ¥100 = RM2.584 (ECB, 6 Oct 2026).

Correction 2 Oct 2026: earlier versions of this article used a tier table from third-party reports. Checked against the official calendar: Sat 17 Oct is ¥12,400 and Sun 18 Oct is ¥11,900 (we had them the other way round); the junior price on a ¥9,900 day is ¥8,200 (not ¥8,400); and the ¥8,400 "cheapest day" is not on sale for any date up to early January 2027 (the lowest on sale is ¥8,900 on 6–8 Jan). The family totals below are from the official calendar. The weekend afternoon pass we mentioned is not offered on the weekend dates we checked; the official evening pass is the weekday "After 5 Passport".

Update 8 October 2026 — the new prices start this Saturday, 10 October. We re-read the official calendar up to 12 February 2027: nothing changed for October–December, and the ¥8,400 tier still has no date (the lowest so far is ¥8,900 on 6–8 January 2027). The cheapest weekend days are Sunday 1, Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November at ¥10,900 — the same as a weekday. February so far: ¥9,900 on weekdays, ¥10,900 on 6–7 February.

Short answer. Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea price tickets by date, and both parks cost the same on the same date (we checked both calendars for November). For October–December 2026 the official calendar shows adults at ¥10,900 on most weekdays, ¥12,400 on most Saturdays and ¥11,900 on most Sundays; the cheapest days are 2–6 November at ¥9,900. For a family of 2 adults + 1 junior (12–17) + 1 child (4–11), that is ¥36,400 on a normal weekday and ¥40,900 on most Saturdays — a ¥4,500 (≈ RM116) gap. Muslim families: there is no halal food inside the parks (how to eat and pray).

1. 1-Day Passport prices by date (official calendar, Oct–Dec 2026)

¥9,900¥8,200¥5,6002–6 Nov (Mon–Fri)

¥12,400¥10,200¥5,900Most Saturdays; Sun 11 Oct & 22 Nov; 25–26 Dec

Children 3 and under are free. Tickets go on sale daily at 2:00 p.m. (Japan time) for the same date two months later (official ticket page). The new range announced by Oriental Land runs ¥8,400–12,400 (adult), but no ¥8,400 day has been announced up to 12 February 2027 (calendar of 8 October).

2. What a family of four pays (2 adults + 1 junior + 1 child)

DayCalculationTotal≈ RM
6–8 Jan 2027 (¥8,900)¥8,900 × 2 + ¥7,400 + ¥5,300¥30,500RM788
2–6 Nov (¥9,900)¥9,900 × 2 + ¥8,200 + ¥5,600¥33,600RM868
Normal weekday (¥10,900)¥10,900 × 2 + ¥9,000 + ¥5,600¥36,400RM941
Most Sundays (¥11,900)¥11,900 × 2 + ¥9,800 + ¥5,900¥39,500RM1,021
Most Saturdays (¥12,400)¥12,400 × 2 + ¥10,200 + ¥5,900¥40,900RM1,057

Two days (Disneyland + DisneySea) on normal weekdays ≈ ¥72,800 (RM1,881) for four; on a Saturday + Sunday ≈ ¥80,400 (RM2,078).

3. Three ways to pay less

  1. Go on a weekday, not a Saturday. In October–December the gap between a normal weekday and most Saturdays is ¥4,500 (≈ RM116) for the family above. If your dates are flexible, 2–6 November is ¥2,800 cheaper again.
  2. Compare your date's price in ringgit on Klook before buying: Tokyo Disney Resort 1-Day Passport on Klook. Klook tickets are QR-code tickets at the same date-based price.
  3. Enter in the evening on a weekday. The "After 5 Passport (Weekdays)" on a ¥10,900 day is adult ¥6,600, junior ¥5,700, child ¥3,800 (≈ ¥22,700 for the family above; official date details, 1 Dec 2026). The weekend dates we checked had no evening pass.

4. Four things Malaysians should know

  1. Choose the park first. A 1-Day Passport is for one park only: Disneyland (classic, good for small kids) or DisneySea (unique to Japan, better for teens and adults). You can't switch parks on the same day with this pass.
  2. The price follows the entry date, not the purchase date. Buying now for entry on 15 October still costs the 15 October price (new range). Entry on 2–9 October is still under the old range (¥9,900–10,900 on the official calendar).
  3. Muslim families: no halal food inside the parks or at Disney hotels (Tokyo Disney Resort official FAQ, checked 28 Sept and again 2 Oct 2026; full plan: Tokyo Disney for Muslim families). Parks: "Currently, there are no restaurants or food menus that accommodate specific religions" (FAQ). All Disney hotels: "Halal meals are not served" (FAQ). Your own food can't be eaten inside the parks; eat it in the "Picnic Area" outside Tokyo Disneyland or DisneySea (the exceptions named are food allergies and baby food) (FAQ). For ingredients, ask a Cast Member at the restaurant on the day; nothing is provided in writing beforehand (FAQ). So: eat halal breakfast and dinner in the city, and pack food for the Picnic Area (read konbini labels). Prayer: we found no prayer room on the official site (2019–2020 reports mention a "Quiet Room"); bring a prayer mat and ask at Guest Relations. Correction 28 Sept 2026: the 18 Sept version suggested eating packed food inside the parks and mentioned pork-free menus; the official FAQ says otherwise.
  4. Sleep near, or sleep cheap? Hotels in Maihama (next to the parks) are expensive and full; Asakusa/Oshiage is 45–55 minutes by train with 4-person rooms at RM556–646 a night (list and prices). The first train reaches Maihama before the gates open.
