What happened. Oriental Land, the operator of Tokyo Disney Resort, set a new 1-Day Passport price range for entry from Saturday 10 October 2026: adults ¥8,400–12,400 in 7 tiers (previously ¥7,900–10,900, 6 tiers), juniors 12–17 ¥7,000–10,200 (previously up to ¥9,000), children 4–11 ¥5,000–5,900 (previously up to ¥5,600). The company cites labour and operating costs and investment in new areas (official calendar as reported by Tabibito Port, 14 July 2026; GAME Watch; Castel, 4 August 2026).
